About this Role
The HR Advisor provides operational oversight of the onboarding function to support the highest quality experience for new associates as they join T. Rowe Price. Additionally, this role engages with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to facilitate onboarding activities for new hires that would benefit from enhanced support. This role requires a strong service orientation and ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders.
Requires working and conceptual knowledge in their own job discipline. Performs a range of assignments related to a job discipline. Supports HR processes or initiatives as assigned. Accountable for their own work and effective coordination of process and information with others. Works independently, within guidelines and policies for ongoing work; may receive general guidance on new assignments. Implements and monitors human resources programs and delivers analytics and reporting. Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of own work with limited guidance from more experienced professionals. Identifies trends and shares best practices using data from available sources. Contributes to the achievement of team goals. Handles inquiries from associates about their own needs. Provides consultation to senior leaders and associates on HR policies and practice. Counsels associates in escalated matters or requests of a sensitive nature and resolves or addresses them. Provides advice and guidance to HR colleagues as needed.
Implements and monitors activities for a variety of human resource programs. With some guidance, performs a variety of historical analyses to inform program development and improvements.
Conducts analyses to predict effectiveness of programs in achieving desired results.
Implements and executes effective framework for various human resource projects.
In collaboration with peers, applies working knowledge of tactical and theoretical concepts to develop effective advisory solutions in support of business unit or human resource initiatives.
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience and 2+ years of total relevant work experience.
HR experience in one or more HR discipline
Demonstrated ability to create efficiencies and enhance service using data and client feedback
