Directs multiple teams or a large team of professionals in the planning and forecasting of resources across multiple teams, call centers, and back-office functions that support T. Rowe Price clients. Provides input on planning and resource optimization strategy across the firm.
Contributes to the development of the strategic direction and management of the workforce planning management function within T. Rowe Price. Manages the forecasting, planning, and resource optimization of all call centers and back-office departments. Executes resourcing strategy that will meet all service-level agreements, optimize the allocation of resources, and result in effective cost management for the firm.
Partners with department managers and peers to manage and support critical initiatives. Communicates regularly with key stakeholders to ensure that business changes and strategies are aligned with workforce planning management activities. Works with managers to ensure that staff planning is aligned on an annual, monthly, daily, and intraday level.
Partners with business unit managers to ensure that all plans developed and executed by workforce planning management are aligned to support business unit strategies. Works with workforce planning management teams to implement new programs as they are related to staffing.
Serves as the expert in workforce management capabilities. Stays abreast of trends in the industry and leads efforts to adopt new techniques for the organization. Attends industry conferences and participates in networking activities on workforce management.
Recruits, directs, motivates, and develops staff/management team, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth, and their ability to build and sustain a team culture of efficiency and quality. Accountable for the financial and human resources of a large department/multiple departments
-Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
-10+ years of total relevant work experience and 5+ years of management experience
Analytical mindset, with knowledge of policies, practices, trends, and technology affecting operations/workforce planning teams.
Successful track record working in a multi-site, matrixed environment.
