Perform inspection of received materials for damage, labeled storage conditions, correct material, accuracy of order, quantity, and other items as required per procedures.
Perform inspection of picked and packed materials ensuring compliance with applicable procedures, packing protocols or checklists, verifying correct material, labeled storage conditions, accuracy of order, quantity and other items as required per procedures.
Responsible for final disposition of received or shipped materials including release, quarantine or rejection.
Continuous presence on the blister packaging line while a production job in process ensuring the proper quality processes are being completed.
Perform inspection of production line after production job to ensure the line has been purged and cleaned in preparation of the next job.
Perform check-in of new jobs going onto production line to ensure the correct items, lot number and quantities needed have been pulled to complete that job.
Works collaboratively with the Quality Assurance Team, Warehouse Contract Quality Control Team and Project Staff ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
Maintain accurate and complete records of activities performed, using the electronic inventory management system or paper-based documentation.
Perform Quality cycle counts as needed verifying correct material, quantity, status and location between physical and electronic inventory.
Support activities as appropriate for ensuring storage conditions are maintained for products requiring frozen, refrigerated and ambient temperatures.
Develop or revise procedures or checklists to support and improve processes ensuring quality, quantity, compliance to applicable procedural or regulatory requirements and professional workmanship.
Perform troubleshooting, investigation and resolution of Quality issues in collaboration with colleagues, QA, Contract QC and management.
Identify and escalate Quality issues requiring a Deviation investigation in a timely manner.
Provide high quality and professional workmanship when performing tasks.
Complete and maintain assigned trainings.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Must be familiar with cGMP and best practices No degree required but at least 1-3 years of experience.
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must pass background check and drug screen
