The Client Success Specialist Team is the first line of communication for our clients. This includes placing orders, scheduling appointments, customer service and technology support- there is never a dull moment! This position is full-time and is temporarily remote due to COVID. Our hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and we offer a competitive compensation and benefits package.

  • Prepare you to handle any and all questions regarding TruPlace services, products and proprietary system management.

  • Skills to handle customer service requests in a friendly, knowledgeable manner. Resolve client concerns quickly and efficiently.

  • Make contacts and network with the best in the Real Estate and Vacation Rental industries.

This position requires a person who:

  • Has 2+ years customer service, real estate, or marketing experience in an office environment

  • Has the ability to work remotely/telecommute on a temporary basis

  • Is very organized and detail-oriented with exceptional follow up skills

  • Has a strong desire to learn new tasks and take on additional responsibilities

  • Is reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

  • Is proficient with Microsoft Office programs

  • Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Is able troubleshoot and problem solve on the spot

  • Is able to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak times

  • Has scheduling or similar experience and able to pick up new technical processes quickly

  • Has a good sense of humor and a positive attitude!

Basic responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting customers via telephone and email

  • Scheduling photographers for field appointments and project management

  • Accurately entering property information into our system

  • Proactively reaching out to our clients to ensure they understand our Best Practices

  • Determining customers' needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions

  • Production management/Quality control reviews of our tours

  • General projects
