The Comfort Brand Manager assists with the development of short and long term brand strategy and vision. Ensures implementation and execution of Comfort brand initiatives that drive business results for Choice and its franchisees. Provides financial and operational analyses on brand initiatives and the competitive landscape. Functions as a Comfort brand ambassador to internal and external audiences, keeping watch on the brand’s positioning relative to its role in the portfolio and holistic value proposition.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ professional-level experience in brand management, management consulting, project management, or relevant field. Experience in the hotel industry, hospitality, or a franchise organization is preferred.

  • Strong business acumen with proven ability to drive for results.

  • Strong project management skills with a collaborative approach; ability to influence and negotiate in a cross-functional environment. PMP certification is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present business cases in front of various audiences.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical skills

  • High proficiency in the use of MS Office applications, such as Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Word.

  • Proficiency in Tableau is a plus.

  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time when it is deemed safe to travel again by Choice Hotels corporate.
