Latitude, Inc. Executive Assistant and Coordinator in Rockville, Maryland

Projects and initiatives will span all company divisions and will often require close monitoring and frequent communication to see them to success. Furthermore, you will work closely with top executives to assist in managing their projects as well as other administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings and events, scheduling travel, managing expenses, generating various reports, etc. This role will work as part of a team, under general supervision and will be expected to also work independently and effectively.Key Responsibilities

  • Track and coordinate various corporate project plans

  • Attend meetings and identify project requirements as well as track and publish meeting minutes and action items

  • Draft, issue and track project plans and team initiatives

  • Prepare organization and communication charts

  • Use project management tools to track and monitor project plans and alert of changes

  • Effectively and accurately communicate project information to team members

  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including content and discussion

  • Manage travel, scheduling and expenses for senior executives

  • Identify and communicate ideas for improving company processes

  • Participate in and sometimes lead team initiatives

Experience, Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience

  • 1+ year of experience working as an Executive Assistant

  • Experienced working on government IT projects

  • Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as good presentation skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage various priorities and stakeholders (ideally experience working within a matrix organization)
