Job Description:
The Junior Compliance Associate proactively keeps client websites up to date with specific OEM brand standards each month. Additionally, the Junior Compliance Associate will maintain internal knowledge base articles with evolving OEM brand guidelines and provide superior customer service. This is an entry-level position reporting to the Manager of Compliance.
Essential Functions:
Answer internal questions regarding brand compliance guidelines
Submit websites and website content to the manufacturer for review
Analyze brand compliance report results provided by the manufacturer
Correct infractions to make websites adhere to compliance guidelines
Connect with business partners and customers via phone and email
Communicate issues clearly to internal resources
Maintain Compliance casework queue within CRM
Required Skills/Experience:
Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent experience
Strong phone etiquette
Skilled at managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Experience in a fluid environment where priorities shift
Background in customer support or related field
Preferred Skills/Experience:
1 year customer service experience in an office environment
1 year of prior experience in field or career
Basic Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web content management
Previous automobile brand compliance experience
