Sodexo is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics for Entegra Procurement Services. Entegra provides procurement management for multi-unit clients in industries including acute, seniors, leisure, hospitality, and restaurants. We deliver procurement solutions that drive operational effectiveness and segment marketing plans that provide innovative products and services.

Entegra Procurement Services is a subsidiary of Sodexo and part of a global procurement network that manages more than $18 billion in spend for food, services, and supplies, and serves more than 80,000 client sites throughout the United States alone.

This is a remote-based position with the ideal candidate based in the Eastern time zone.

This Senior Manager, Entegra Marketing Analytics will support Entegra’s ongoing growth by using market and segment research, data compilation and data analyses to inform Entegra’s key activities including the evolution of Entegra’s overall strategy, Entegra’s engagement with clients and consumers and improved targeting of business development prospects that are a strategic and operational fit. Entegra is seeking a combination of business intelligence analyst, data guru and marketer to help execute our business analytics and marketing analytics agendas. The decision-support capabilities provided by this position will contribute to Entegra’s ability to maintain a leadership position in a competitive procurement services management market and will support Entegra’s ability to distinguish itself from its competitors.

The successful candidate will:

  • Conduct B2B consumer research and analyze key data to reach critical business insights that inform Entegra’s strategy, marketing plans and key projects

  • In line with our strategy and priorities, lead research and analysis that assists in identifying business development targets in targeted segments that are a strategic and operational fit for Entegra

  • Manage client loyalty survey process resulting in high client response rates and providing a clear view on the value of Entegra’s client engagement practices

  • Design, build, and maintain KPI dashboards and performance reports that provide insight into Entegra’s overall performance and are consistent with Sodexo’s STEP strategy

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience

  • 3 - 5+ years of experience data mining, analysis, and visualization

  • Knowledge of SQL and statistical analysis techniques such as regression or clustering

  • Experience/competency with any of the following PowerBI or Tableau, DataRobot, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics

  • Collaborative nature with ability to work with various Segment functions

  • Comfort level with ambiguity and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to communicate analytical insights clearly and concisely to individuals from diverse backgrounds

  • Strong ability to think through optimal data structures for intended business purposes

  • Continuous learning capability: veracious appetite to learn new things.

Position Summary

This position supports entegra’s ongoing growth by using market and segment research, data compilation and data analyses to inform entegra’s key activities including the evolution of entegra’s overall strategy, entegra’s engagement with clients and consumers and improved targeting of business development prospects that are a strategic and operational fit. The work performed by this position will lead to an increase in the effective prioritization and utilization of limited human and financial resources, will support high retention rates amongst entegra’s clients and assist the team in timely course correction as necessary. The decision-support capabilities provided by this position will contribute to entegra’s ability to maintain a leadership position in a competitive procurement services management market and will support entegra’s ability to distinguish itself from its competitors.

  • Conduct research and analyse key data to reach critical business insights that inform entegra’s strategy, marketing plans and key projects

  • Understand customer/client behavior, synthesize for analysis, and connect to strategy

  • In line with our strategy and priorities, lead research and analysis that assists in identifying business development targets in targeted segments that are a strategic and operational fit for entegra

  • Manage client loyalty survey process resulting in high client response rates and providing a clear view on the value of entegra’s client engagement practices

  • Design, build, and maintain KPI dashboards and performance reports that provide insight into entegra’s overall performance and are consistent with Sodexo’s STEP strategy

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years
