Latitude, Inc. Telecom Project Manager in Rockville, Maryland
Responsibilities include
? Coordinate accurate, up-to-date reporting of project status, scheduling and planning
? Oversee real estate, construction and administrative staff progress and has decision making responsibilities on project changes
? Responsible for the projects' revenues, margins, manpower and all required resources
? Oversee project financials, including managing billing and receivable process
? Interfaces with the client's program office for all program related matters to include, but not limited to, scheduling, subcontractors, site conditions, invoicing and construction close out
? Provides activity reporting and forecasting of revenues, margins, manpower and all required resources to more senior management
? Identifies new business opportunities along with partnering with business development group to sell expanded services within the market
? Handles other duties as assigned by manager
? Minimum of 3 years of combined experience managing Construction/Site Development is required
? Ability to lift up to 65 pounds is required
? Capable of building a team to execute the work is required
? Experience in cost and schedule maintenance is required
? Travel is required
? Customer references are preferred
? Bachelor's Degree is preferred
? Must be US Citizen or eligible to work for any US Employer without sponsorship
