Latitude, Inc. Bilingual Call Center Representative in Suitland, Maryland
Currently seeking a bilingual call center representative for a mid sized credit union in Suitland, MD. Representative will be taking incoming calls to resolve member needs, complete phone transactions, assist members with loan applications, and promote services based on needs.
Requirements:
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
1 year of experience in a call center or as a customer service representative
Effective customer service, sales, and communication (written and verbal) skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, and Excel
