Latitude, Inc. Secret Cleared Technical Trainer in Suitland, Maryland
We are seeking a Technical Trainer that can provide our office with technical advisory, education & training services in which enhance the talent management workforce recruitment, retention efforts. Support includes, but is not limited to:
Training and Education Gap Analysis
Collaboration with Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), Air University (AU), Air Education and Training Command (AETC), and the National Defense University (NDU)
Identify the training and education gaps.
Establish a baseline and develop a performance plan to close gaps for data skills and literacy.
Workforce Assessment Plan
Collaborate with Chief Data Office Talent Management Team, HAF/A1, AFPC, and AETC execute a plan to assess both civilian and military personnel.
Basic Required Qualifications and Skills:
Four-year undergraduate degree from an accredited university.
Education and Training experience (preferably within DoD)
Program Management experience
Experience with MS Office products, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
Public relations skills including courteousness, tact, and good verbal and writing communications skills. Expert analytical writing skills.
Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and work cooperatively with other office personnel
Desired Qualifications for the Position include:
Three years of senior level organizational project management experience is highly preferred.
Must be able to lead multiple high priority and high visibility efforts to completion independently
Program Management experience in a DoD environment is preferred
Salary Range: $60,000-90,000 DOE
