JOB SUMMARY: Proactively and aggressively resolves assigned accounts receivables. Meets individual quality and quantity performance goals and expectations. Assists the department in meeting performance goals. Collects payment from third party payers according to established departmental priorities. Follow-up and resolve assigned claims/accounts receivable via RWS and/or other delivery systems. Appeals third party payer insurance administrative denials. Collects patient account balances. Reviews correspondence and remittances after payment/withdrawal transaction posting. Meets quality and quantity performance goals as defined by department.

REQUIREMENTS: Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field. 3-5 years of experience.
