• Bachelor's Degree

• Minimum 2 years of sales or marketing experience

• eCommerce Experience a plus

• Organized, Detail-Oriented, Highly Analytical, Creative, Multi-Tasker, Problem Solver

• Strong written & verbal communication skills • Basic knowledge of key business measures--sales, gross margin, Ol, etc.

• Intermediate or advanced skills in all MS Office Suite products • Comfortable delivering presentations in a small or large group setting internally and externally

What You’ll Do

The eCommerce Coordinator is a key member of Stanley Black & Decker's eCommerce Operations Team that focuses on protecting GTS' brands within the U.S. market. Specifically, you’ll:

  • Develop and maintain best in class solutions and processes to oversee the growth of our emerging eCommerce markets.

  • Serve as a primary liaison between channel, sales, digital and brand marketing to equip our authorized distribution channels with the best in-class end user experience.

  • Enforce the current Authorized Reseller Policy (ARP) and Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy (MAPP) for all brick and mortar and online distributors.

  • Educate colleagues & customers on the current Authorized Reseller Policy (ARP) and Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy (MAPP) for all brick and mortar and online distributors.

  • Develop and produce reports that identify current trends and highlights key marketplace analytics.

  • Leverage technology to monitor the marketplace to ensure a great customer experience.
