  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources.

  • An advanced degree in Human Resource Management a plus.

  • 7-10 years of Human Resource experience with a strong focus on business partnering, coaching, employee relations and operational HR excellence.

  • Demonstrated ability and desire to “roll up your sleeves” in a fast-paced environment with high volume workload.

  • Must demonstrate flexibility, agility and resilience to thrive on change and competing priorities and timelines.

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize work demands with an attention to detail.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to manage across functions at various levels.

  • Credible HR professional with an ability to understand the business and build effective business relationships.

  • Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills.

  • Self-motivated individual with the desire to succeed and motivate others.

  • Strong internal and external customer service focus.

  • Experience supporting corporate/executive functions is strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do

The Sr HR Manager is responsible for supporting the HR strategy and services to the US Sales and Marketing – Retail organization. The position provides strategic and operational HR support to functional/business leadership, plans and implements human resources initiatives designed to maximize organizational effectiveness through talent management/development processes, succession planning, and job/organization design, talent acquisition, performance/salary management, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and positive employee relations.

The Sr HR Manager partners with the US Sales and Marketing – Retail business leaders and internal teams to drive alignment of corporate HR strategy, initiatives, policies and practices consistent with business objectives. Execution to these responsibilities is key. Specifically, you will:

  • Business Partnering & Employee Relations: Support various business partners by providing human resource advice, counsel, and decisions in relation to performance management, investigations, and coaching to improve effectiveness and engagement of leaders and teams.

  • Talent Management Planning and Analysis: Apply strategic talent management solutions to continuously improve retention, assessment, development, and career/professional growth.

  • Total Rewards: Manage the organization’s compensation, reward and recognition programs. Provide compensation analysis and make sound recommendations that align with overall total rewards strategy. Drive merit, compensation planning and communication for function leaders. Ensure alignment with compensation programs by analyzing internal and external market data to provide fair and competitive compensation.

  • Workforce Planning & Management: Support business leaders in achieving balanced staffing levels with the volume of work being produced; collect organizational data and use it to drive results related work volume and projected staffing needs. Work with leaders on budget and cost saving exercises, and general support to avoid risk related to staffing, service levels, or other KPIs.

  • Change Management: Act as a change agent to the business and implement processes and approaches which prepare employees for ongoing change and transformation.

  • Project Planning/Execution: Effectively communicate and execute corporate initiatives, programs, and projects. Work cohesively with all functional organizations (at all levels) to deliver expected results consistently.

  • Learning & Development: Assess training needs, recommend and implement training solutions.

  • Continuous Improvement: Consult on process improvement initiatives. Identify areas for process standardization and automation and drive appropriate solutions.
