Who You Are

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing, Communications, (Preferred). Masters/MBA Preferred. Engineers welcomed.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent analytic skills. Data driven.

  • Able to move and thrive in a matrixed organization.

  • Experience on leveraging Own Digital Media as Content Platforms

  • Strong experience building social network communities and engagement with limited budget

  • Strong experience identifying, managing and developing micro and nano influencers

  • Strong experience capitalizing live events into snackable social content

  • Experience developing communities in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Tik Tok

  • Snapchat, WhatsApp, Facebook groups development experience a plus

  • eCommerce D2C experience a plus

  • Skilled in managing and motivating a team via influence .

  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with eagerness to meet and exceed goals and targets.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing more complex web development and marketing projects, including working closely with IT on integrations.

  • Being able to go from strategy to execution. Able to get hands dirty.

  • Excellent interpersonal interactions with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.

  • Experience with web analytics and reporting tools (Social Bakers).

  • Experience leveraging UGC, managing agencies and identifying global content to use

  • Strong work ethic; High energy level and highly motivated. A self-starter.

  • Ability to understand the cross functional pieces of the SBD business process and bring value added thinking to improve the target business process.

  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast paced working environment.

  • Ability to be strategic and get her/his hands dirty.


  • Drive Social digital transformation aligned with global digital strategy.

  • Work in conjunction with Commercial Teams, eCommerce, global and other GCX functions in the development of innovative world class social plans and tactics that will support achieving SBD’s Business Objectives for North America.

  • Work side by side with Ecommerce teams to create synergistic plans focused on optimizing ROAS while building our Brands.

  • Continuously evolve and understand the social competitive landscape.

  • Constantly evaluate the most effective ways to deliver our messaging to the online users and identify online mediums that are best served to meet overall marketing objectives. Focus on customer and end-user engagement initiatives.

  • Manage regular reporting and tracking, interpret implications, report metrics appropriately and flag issues regarding social platforms.

  • Synthesize data to "tell the story" rather than just reporting numbers.

  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

  • Lead the internal digital team in the understanding and utilization of technical platforms that would make more efficient social campaigns.

  • Manage external/digital and social media vendors and/or agency coordination efforts. Be bold to develop in-house capabilities.

  • Budget reporting and management, including preparing investment reports for internal clients and producing expenditure updates for digital and social media initiatives.
